I have a number of problems regarding a withdrawal from MadSlots casino. They’ve requested so many documents with a new request every time I’ve contacted them. It is now come to the point that in order to withdraw I need to provide an ID document. During conversations I’ve explained that both my passport and drivers licence has expired and what alternative options are available, for example, National insurance no , letter from local authority, letter from HMRC or Gov.uk, all of which they are not prepared to accept. The cost of renewing my passport or drivers licence is one that I cannot make. Can I do anything in this situation ?

Hello. I do not mean to be rude, but did you check what documents are mentioned in the rules? I would start there. If you play in a casino without having these two documents ready, you should have checked the rules or asked the chat in advance to avoid this situation completely. 🙏
