Ice casino was blocked my account and its fully verified and i have lots of winning withdrawal and deposit records that i been made and there is a few balance amount in my account left... i complaint that the reason is why they block me is a multiple account.. but its not enought for the reason why they block my account and its fully verified... pls i want my account back... pls unblocked my account

try to calm down, please. The complaint team will look into it.

Kindly note that it is quite unwise to register more than one account, as you can see it is a vialotion of terma and conditins. Always use only one account to play in the casino, so you can spare yourself such unpleasant experience 🙏.

The main point is whether you gained or did not gain any unfair advantage over the casino by breaching this rule, this is what the team will try to find out.

In the past, this specific rule was made to protect casino against bonus hunters, but it's commonly used against casual players as well, read more about that here.

You said that their support doesn't load, could you tell me what do you mean by that, please? Do you mean that you can not get any answer from the chat? What about you try to send another email to the support and ask for another code, explain to them that you did not get any. Could you do that, maybe?

How many days have actually passed since you've asked for the withdrawal? Sometimes the verification process could take a bit longer as the casino has to do all the checks needed to verify the player. Especially if it's the first withdrawal.
