It's normal, that due to verification the account gets blocked so I'd assume this is the reason here. When a player won big, sometimes the casino consults with the game provider to make sure the win was legit.

Jag har blockerats för uttag av en vinst på ca 2000 kr fast jag loggat in med bank id. Har kunnat göra uttag innan utan problem.
