De påstår sig vara ett AI-drivet kasino. De är definitivt en front som begär kryptosummor från spelare.
De ignorerar alla klagomål här, casinomeister och askgamblers (liksom andra). De har svartlistats av affiliate-sajter. Det finns otaliga historier här och på andra sajter om inte betalande spelare. De har ett biljettsystem som de ignorerar.
Jag kontaktade dem på telegram eftersom mina uttag blev avvisade utan någon förklaring. De hävdade att de inte accepterade spelare från min region, Irland, och blockerade därför mitt konto. Detta hände inom 5 minuter efter att jag slog 5k på roulette.
Jag var KYC-verifierad (de godkände alla mina dokument), deras villkor visar inte heller Irland som begränsat. När jag påpekade detta för någon som hette "Alfie" på telegram sa han att det inte spelade någon roll och under deras licens från CGB kunde de inte acceptera irländska spelare. Jag svarade och sa att detta inte var detaljerat någonstans på deras licens (vilket de inte har för närvarande). Alfie blockerade mig sedan från telegram.
Jag startar den här tråden för att andra spelare ska kunna lägga till och fungera som en varning.

They ignore all complaints on here, casinomeister and askgamblers (as well as others). They have been blacklisted by affiliate sites. There are countless stories on here and on other sites of not paying players. They have a ticket system which they ignore.
I contacted them on telegram as my withdrawals were getting rejected with no explanation. They claimed they did not accept players from my region, Ireland, and therefore blocked my account. This happened within 5 minutes of me hitting 5k on roulette.
I was KYC verified (they approved all my documents), their terms also do not list ireland as resitricted. When I pointed this out to someone called 'Alfie' on telegram he said that didn't matter and under their license from CGB they couldn't accept irish players. I replied stating this wasn't detailed anywhere on their license (which they don't currently have). Alfie then blocked me from telegram.
I am starting this thread for other players to add to and to act as a warning.
Casinoguru, I request you not to merga ethis with the general discussion for this casino and to keep this for all players to see. I will submit a complaint here, but it's pointless, as it was with other players who did the same. They will not engage with you.
