Sedan den 18 maj har kontot verifierats innan att han gjort två uttag, allt var normalt men sedan gjorde han två uttag till och tills nu har de inte betalat.

In my opinion, you deserve a decent explanation. Are you still able to contact the casino? If so, what do they say? Maybe we will find something among their replies. 🤔

Problemet är att jag inte kan prata med kasinot, chatten visas inte men de svarar inte på mejlet 😢

I'm sorry, because a serious casino should definitely tell the player if something is wrong. 

I've also looked at it's safety index and it's not good, so to tell you the truth, I'm not very surprised. You're not the only one having problems from what you may have read, so that doesn't add to the credit either.

I was also thinking of recommending a complaint but the casino hasn't responded to the last ones so I'm worried how it will end. Of course, at least a small satisfaction would be that the casino would get black points if they fail to resolve the situation and therefore the safety index would be lowered.

Min man gjorde två uttag från nyårssatsningen sedan den 18 maj, han gick in i chatten otaliga gånger och med bara ett fåtal personer kvar faller chatten från ingenstans, han har redan skickat flera e-postmeddelanden, han har redan kollat kontot och hittills inga pengar

De betalar inte, jag har väntat i två månader. Uttagsstatusen säger att den behandlades av ekonomiavdelningen, jag har redan skickat dokument men de kommer inte att betala.
