YoniBet uppmuntrar oönskat och proaktivt sina spelare att installera ett VPN för att kunna spela alla spel. Också för att kringgå B2B-spelleverantörernas begränsningar som kasinot fick från B2B-spelleverantörerna. YoniBets T&C anger att användningen av ett VPN är förbjudet och alla vinster som gjorts med hjälp av VPN kommer att konfiskeras.
Är CasinoGuru ok om ett kasino aktivt uppmuntrar sina spelare att installera ett VPN och uppmuntrar spelare att engagera sig i en kriminell och illegal aktivitet som ett resultat och bryta mot T&C?

They want to keep players by allowing some of them to play games they would normally can't because of the local market restriction. But, and I think we have the same opinion on that, it feels like the casino is not taking its own terms into the consideration. By allowing players to play restricted games, the casino surely risks a good relationship with the game provider, on the other hand, players benefit from this situation.
The most crucial point is that in such case, the casino must not use this against the player (by voiding the winnings collected on the restricted game), that would be totally wrong.
I would recommend taking a screenshot showing the casino suggested using the VPN, just in case the player is accused of breaching the casino's terms by actively using the VPN.
I feel this is not a question about legality, it is a question about fairness.

Fattar inte hur kan ni ge Yonibet ett så högt betyg när dom har utbetalning av vinst mellan 24-48 timmar fast det kan ta upp till en vecka! Jag har vunnit igår lite pengar och fick besked alldeles nyss av Noemi på chattservice att dom har lite folk i finansavdelningen och hinner inte betala ut pengar fram till nästa vecka!
Uppmuntrar folk att inte spela hos detta casino eftersom en vecka dröjningsmål i dagens tider 2023/2024 är helt oacetabelt!

Vad kan jag säga om detta från början bra casino, vinster på över €1000 med en €20 insättning! Jag var verkligen imponerad problemet kommer senare!
