Hej jag heter Jonny

jag har problem med wishocasino.com jag har mina pengar hos de på spelkonto, de stoppade mitt kontospel tills de verifierar mig, jag skickade allt det de behövde men ändå de kräver mer och mer vad är det för pengar jag har och var ifrån och de vill papper på allt, det är första gången jag upplever en sån situation som jag har spelat på många många casino, de kan stänga mitt konto om de vill, bara att de skickar tillbaka mina pengar

jag hoppas ni kan hjälpa mig med detta

I advise you to through all communication with this casino and make sure you have already sent them all the requested documents. Asking why they need so many documents will not get you anywhere, I'm afraid. Make sure you provide all documents in the requested format. If you need further help, ask the live chat, they are there to support you. There must be some reason behind your issue, so you just have to find it out and provide a proper document.

If you still struggle I would suggest submitting a complaint.

hi i have sent all the documents they asked for in the beginning. They asked for 3 months of transactions and also asked that I report my private transactions. I did this and now they require new documents and my transactions for the last 12 months. Do they have the right to claim my transactions 12 months back? They write that they need to see my transactics 12 months back.

Frankly, I can't answer your question directly, I'd say that it would depend on the whole situation. But I find it unusual.

I'm sure you ask about the reason, right? What did they tell you, please?

exakt samma problem, de gjorde detta inte ens i början. De lät mig förlora massa pengar först sen blocka dom mitt konto mitt i hela skiten. Bluff site. Borde inte få driva casino.

This is fake site. Dont play on it. They ask for more and more documents even after you have proved where the money came from. They just want to keep your money.


Any person who has experince in kyc and AML know that this is not how to do this.

I've already seen different casinos licensed in Estonia and I believe the KYC process was quite time-consuming. As far as I can see, most of complaints submitted against the casino were resolved so I still believe this should be a decent casino. If you have issues with them, you should consider submitting a complaint on our website. This might help you to resolve it.

inte fått mina pengar. Skickat in arbetsintyg och utdrag från mitt konto mm. Otroligt dåligt bemötande. De som att dom inte bryr sig om dom tar mina pengar. Dom har verkligen 0% intresse av att hjälpa mig. Idioter!!!!!

i waited 2-3 days. My account is verified. The problem is that they did this after i already lost 2500 euro and then i had like 1100 euro left in my account and they just closed me out. I gave them more documents then they actually need to verify payments, source of money etc. If you are custom to gambling you know how KYC and AML is done. This is just robery.


One of the answers was like this. "Well we are based in Estonia we do as we want". Not so serious.
