Please I want you to clarify this to me, despite laying a complaint here, can I aswell contact the authorities and lay a complaint with them?

I got a closed complaint, even though my own side wasn't heard, the guru's believed what the casino told them without conforming from the player(me), for the first time I'm experiencing this on your platform.

You've been always "just" with your judgement always tried to listen from both parties. But this time, it wasn't so.

It all depends on who you go to. The authorities employ legal compliance consultants. And it is their job to investigate where a casino doesn't comply with the terms set out on the gambling licence.

You basically do what the player can do themselves on live chat. Casino Guru cannot take any action on the casino. For the complaints raised such as excluded account refunds etc casino guru cannot do anything. The casino will never give in simply out of good will. They either comply or not comply. There is no in-between. Only legal consultants approving licences to these casinos can force the casino into a decision. All casino guru is an affiliate.


No I'm talking about legal consultants in which I have direct contact with.

Not all the time, sometimes when a casino blocks you, they tend to block all means of communications with them as well,sometimes turns responsive to your messages.

But the gurus can help you contact then in other ways!

I understand that the guru cannot force the casino to refund your funds but can make them believe they should do so.

Well the casino I played at got thier license from curacao, and then after laying complaint to the authorities I received a response from them.

Coincidentally I believe three of us laid complaint, probably the same day.

The response came in parables I guess.

Something like

"there pears in a pot, and three rule 9.7.....all three claiming innocent"

They tagged the 3 complainants to the casino.

Please bro can you give your plight on this?

Unfortunately I can see we have many complaints submitted against Vulkan Vegas recently. You can take a look here. Anyway, according to my experience, the casino eventually pays out the winnings, but it sometimes takes longer than usual. Please, be patient, you should receive the withdrawal within 14 days.

Just to clarify this: Yes, you can always open a complaint here and contact the authorities at the same time. We have nothing against it, but please, whenever you do so, just inform us about it in your complaint 🙂

Just shows for casinos under Antillephone in Curacao they must be legally obliged to ensure self exclusion follows across all casinos of the same operator.

VULKAN VEGAS CASINO

To my suprise first withdraw via SKRILL recieved in 4 hours $900.

Cant say I have had much luck since.

The staff not very informative at time's.

*Did verification prior which to avoid stalling

I tend to look at how responsive a casino is with customer feedback and complaints.

Unfortunately we have many posts about similar issues with Vulkan Vegas here on CasinoGuru. The casino seems to be alright and fair, but the amount of complaints about delayed withdrawals and slow customer service seems to be quite suspicious 😕

Hello,

it sounds quite reasonable, sadly some addicted players try to bypass the verification and use fake or altered personal information and email so the casino is not aware of any similarities the moment a deposit is made.

Hello guys! Does vulkanvegas.com actually pays out money? im waiting for few week now for my 500 euros, its been credited from my balance at 30 october and still nothing. When i ask in online chat they allways says dont worry, just wait a bit, third party is on my transaction and so on. I just whant to know if im just loosing my time and money there?


and today they retur money to casino acc..... guys i guess you just cant witdrawal from vulkanvegas... 😀
