Detta är det allra sista casinot, sätta aldrig in pengar, jag ångrar det, efter min insättning blockerades mitt konto, ingen ger mig en anledning, ingen bryr sig. De sliter av folk, blockerar efter insättning och livechatt säger att du ska ha tålamod, först till kvarn gäller. Det kan jag inte, jag är så arg, det här är kriminella på högsta nivå.

my account is blocked without any reason.

every time I get the same answer from them.

this is for 4 weeks now I got a amount of €5000 on my account

Hey. I've moved your posts under the casino you're writing about. I'm sorry to see the situation you're going through at the moment and especially seeing that the casino keeps giving the same answer over and over again and nothing relevant. 

However, I see that in your second post you wrote that your account is undergoing additional verification because of your deposit. Did the casino ask for any documents ? 

Anyway, you have a complaint with us, so our team will try to help you as best as we can. We'll see where it goes from here. For now, unfortunately, we'll have to be patient.
