Ive processed a complaint through another forum since casinoguru was allowing them to take 4 months to even get started in all their complaints here.
The other forum is a no bs type of place so I suspect they will get blacklisted and thrown in the rogue pit and it will have a domino effect and casino guru will end up have to blacklist them here and then withiin a few months the casinos will likely shut down.
Did they reply to your complaint in the other Forum? I guess no?
Funny thing is, that they allow players from Germany but request english bank documents, invoices etc. You dont get them in english here. Dumbass Casino.

That was a good job and this way your customers expect you to react. They wish even more - quick reaction and more strictness for Violators. You have instruments to do. It worked great - I saw the results. They withdraw promptly, I received my money today. Sure that's better than just silently waiting until casino will become so kind to pay your money and mark case as "resolved". Now you are higher and stronger in your customers eyes. That was the goal I was talking about and debating with you.

You know I’ve been going through this with you (and about ten others) for what feels like forever. So yeah, I’m honestly glad to see something finally move. We ran out of patience too, and the casino felt that. That helped.
Pressure can definitely work. But to be fair, there’s not much we as forum admins can do on the forum itself when it’s just us in there, right? What actually made a difference here was the complaints. When players put things clearly and firmly in the complaint process, it puts the pressure on the people who can really change something. And that’s exactly what happened here. The complaint made sense, the tension was there, and the people responsible started looking for a way out.
For now, I’m just glad we’re not seeing the forum full of unpaid cases and that the casino is still , at least as far as I know, responding to complaints submitted through us. Let’s hope it holds.

Our team tries to get in touch with them, and that is why we also posted the warning for them, as we could call it, that their rating will significantly go down if they don't respond to us and don't start to deal with all the complaints as they should.

You kept this casino listed at a 9.1 high safety index even though this has been very serious issues for many many months.
Acting like you arent to blame is ridiculous. This is on you guys. If you warned the community and lowered their rating, there would be zero issues. Nobody would play there. But nope instead you gave them one of the highest ratings in the industry while they ripped people off.
And even still its 7.4 rating when the casino is non responsive, non paying and disrespectful to you and all the members.
I will never ever trust this website ever again. You guys dropped the ball massively.

My friends, just to let everyone know, they just paid out my last 2000e at once, so now all 7000e is paid out 🙏 It lasted soooo long but at least I got it 🤷♂️
And now after I survived this nightmare and waited for 3-4 months, I’m gonna sue them and even get my money that I lost there in the past… Take care people, wish you nothing but the best ✌️

I got a reply and withdraws are finally enabled. But once i tried to withdraw, the Money was gone and nothing was shown in the requests. They told me, that they got payments Provider Problems. Hahahaha
So still ongoing, even after kyc Check is done.
