I still assume that these are documents that you say you cannot provide. Are there more of them or is it just one that you can't get ?

I would certainly recommend that you do nothing with your money and leave everything as it is until this whole problem is resolved. Let's see what can be done while you have an open complaint.

Jag verifierade helt mitt konto direkt på webbplatsen för 3 veckor sedan. I slutet av verifieringen stod det "verifiering genomförd". exakt samma på systercasinot iwildcasino. Jag provade ett uttag i båda kasinon. men det var inte möjligt eftersom det stod att mitt konto måste verifieras för att kunna begära uttag. Så jag skickade alla nödvändiga dokument till Kyc igen. hittills inget svar. det var 2 veckor sedan. Så jag tycker att detta casino är ett bedrägericasino av värsta slaget. Uttag är inte möjliga trots verifiering.

The casino should have the best answer to this question. But I suppose that if it is a document from the bank, I would expect the casino to ask you for a paper form with a signature and stamp from the bank, or a PDF form with all the details that this document should contain.

Well, these are just my thoughts and that's why I said that the best thing to do would be to ask the casino in what form you have to send it and what all it should include.

Hi, did you try to write to support or live chat that you have already been verified and when you ask for a withdrawal you have to go through this process again and why is this happening ?

Hello, if you have verified and your withdrawals have been approved, I definitely recommend you to be patient and leave the money as it is and do nothing with it. The casino wrote you back and told you what to provide, so I think you're on your way to getting it. 

We give casinos 14 days to make withdrawals and you say you are waiting 2 days which is not long at all. Especially if you withdraw by bank transfer. 

So be patient and I believe your money will come if you have entered all the details correctly.

Jag kunde ta ut pengarna inom cirka 5 dagar efter att jag ansökte om uttag. När jag frågade fick jag veta att de inte behandlar på lördagar och söndagar. Tja, det tog ett tag, men jag tror att det är inom ett acceptabelt intervall. På senare tid finns det många nätcasinon som erbjuder snabba uttag, så det är stressigt om det tar lång tid att ta ut pengar.

they are thieves. go away from them. I won a big amount and they continuously asking for new documents to verify my account and today they closed my account and I lost all my money. Its a big FRAUD stay away

I'm convinced you are not aware of anything wrongly done on your side, am I correct?

Could you at least share the casino's official explanation?

I didnt do anything wrong. The only wrong was I won 1000 euros and they didnt want to give it. The explanation was about abuse of bonus but I didnt do anything

Did they also say what specifically you abused with the bonus or did they just give such a general explanation ?

My advice is dont play at this casino at all to everybody reading this! After i completely verified and was granted ,from the KYC of the casino, that i could withdraw my money, i requested 3x €500 withdraw as their own terms and conditions should allow, but i only received 1 withdraw by the time of writing. The casino obviously does not like to pay at all or does not care to respect players. I did not win a jackpot or a crazy amount of money, so if getting your money to you bank with these amounts is a problem already, i dont know how you are suppose to get you money when you would win big.

Have you checked its daily and weekly withdrawal limits? I would certainly do that and then ask its support what seems to be the problem. 3x €500 sounds good, so, I would assume there must be something else prolonging the other two withdrawals.

What do you think?

Hi Radka,

yes i checked all of that. I know they have a weekly limit of 2500-3000 depending on level of account. The daily is not the problem as i didnt receive anything for the next days.
