Been 8 days now and they've since canceled two of my pending withdrawals without any legit, real answer, just the same automated reply "waiting on the game provider" I've tried chatting with different customer service reps, I've emailed support & KYC, financial department, all of which only been the same automated responses, no actual person once! No clear answers or any of these so called follow up emails. Previous to my win, they were fast and so polite, helpful, they had verified me quickly and I was getting responses in record time, then after I hit a big win, nothing but slow automated responses that do not even answer the question I was asking... I've had 3 pending withdrawals which two of them they canceled and still have not gave me a clear reason why or sent me any follow up emails... I think the casino was not expecting ppl to win 😕

Hi, I would start by saying that we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process. On the other hand, I understand your feelings when you get only automatic answers and no real ones about your withdrawals that have already been canceled. 

However, based on what you write and the fact that it is controlled by the game provider, I think this is the reason why you have not received any relevant reply yet. Obviously your withdrawal is under some kind of check and when everything is reviewed I hope you will get a proper answer. If not, and everything takes more than the usual 14 days, you have the option of lodging a complaint then. 

Nevertheless, I would give the casino some more time, keep trying to remind them, since you say that everything was fine before and you always got your money and the chat was nice.

If you find out anything new let us know and if your situation hasn't moved on we will try to help.

Well now when I tried customer support it no longer says my name on the chat, instead it says SA_PLAYER####### (my player ID) as before it use to say my name now it says that 🤔 any clue what that means?

Oh, to tell you the truth, I don't know what that means at all. But when you were in the chat room, did you learn anything more or not ? 

Also let me ask you another question, did you play in the casino with any bonus or not?

They sent me an email stating not to worry that the game check is a standard procedure and they'll notify me through email as soon as they hear a response, takes 3-14 business days and so far its been 9 days.. still waiting. Yes I used a 1st deposit bonus but I passed the wager

Hello!

I think the casino is now waiting for a certain game provider to check out your gaming history. Thus, "waiting on the game provider". I imagine even the support has little to say until they hear back from the game provider itself. Still, it's a bit of a shame none of them could provide a better explanation to you once they decided such a check was necessary. I bet we can all agree on that.

Have you, by chance, encountered any kind of unusual feature or bug while playing?

Trying to figure out the point. 🤔

No but I am a new player. They even emailed me and said I was fully verified and did not need any further verification procedures to withdraw and deposit and then all of a sudden this... 9 days now and they've given me no new updates, just the same thing. A player on their telegram chat room randomly messaged me and said he won 4K yesterday and they already paid him out 1K today!!! I have since won 2 huge wins on their site, $5 bet, I've read the terms, maximum bet for my jurisdiction is $5CAD and I hit two big wins, one for $14,383.00 & then $18,600.00 so in total, over $33,000.00. I've since played though and purposely lost just to take my balance and down and comply with the rules and still, nothing. I've given up contacting support as well as sending emails since they keep sending me the same response, no real update, not even a congratulations on my wins lol. At this point I'm wondering if I'll be paid 🤷 seems very odd and unfair that they have been paying out other players and I've been waiting since Feb 27th. Before this, it was smooth to deposit, customer service was fast and super friendly, they responded in record time through email, then I hit a big win & ↘️↘️↘️↘️ downhill from their, they went from 100% interactive to almost non existent. I'm sure it doesn't take more then 9 days to do a game check, I didn't even play that long when I won. Literally maybe only 20 mins and then I won... how could 20 mins or less of gameplay/bets possibly take this long 🤔 😳 filefilefilefilefile

Account verification, which the casino has told you is not necessary now since you are already in this situation. Rather, the casino thought it would have to verify or investigate the win, since you won quite a bit. I think it's quite common for the game provider to do checks for this amount, so you just have to be patient, even though I know it's not pleasant to wait for quite a long time. Until the casino has something to say to you, that's probably why they send you automatic replies, because they don't even know more yet. I firmly believe that, as they wrote to you, when they have information or the investigation is over, they will send you a statement by email. In the meantime, we will have to wait and see how it all turns out. I hope it will be positive. 🙂 🤞☘️

Was wondering if I could get some help? On March 9 I ended up winning close to $6000., after all said and done I withdrew on 9 March $3800, after 8 days they finally said that my game provider check was legit but asked me to do $500 tiny withdrawals, I received $500 on 18 March and nothing since it is now the 21st, I have emailed I have visited the live chat several times, to get the same copy and paste! I am so new to this and call it first time that I won., I have played on a couple other sites and won 700 or time 1200 and never have I ever experienced this kind of nightmare from day one? At this rate, I don’t even know if I’m gonna get my money within a month. Any advice on where to escalate because right now they’re just ignoring me.

I'm sorry you have to go thru this situation. I saw your complaint, where you actually answered my question, if have anyone explained to you why are you not unable to withdraw more than $500 a day? It is somehow not understandable to me either. Let's hope our complaint team will be able to get some answers from the casino, whenever the time comes. Please try to stay patient for now, and let us know if you have anything new regarding this case.🙏

No, they have not! I just received my second $500 out of 3800 yesterday . I have asked over and over and they keep saying we can only send money every 24 hours, but didn’t tell me why it had to be 500 . I’m just as confused , today I changed the 500 to the actual limit, and it even allows me to do it. We’ll see if they actually pay it out or cancel it and say it Has to be 500 .. I think today or tomorrow is 14 days, but I personally won’t use their site again there’s too many others to pick from, that are way less of a headache.. thank you for replying! I will surely let you know, if I hear any more information! But so far I’m just waiting pretty much 48 hours to get my measly $500🤣

I see. I really do not understand their approach, sorry, it must be really getting up to your nerves. I just hope, that our complaint team will be able to get some answers from the casino, and help you out. They should give some explanation about this, for sure. I Still am waiting .. I just received another 500 on Monday morn .. still owed 2800 .. they did reply and said they are allowed to change the withdrawal amount when they want. They reserve that right ! I’m not very happy and I’m hoping casino guru would reach out to their contacts at this casino to find out what the heck is going on because I will never use this again as soon as I get my money I’m closing my account

So in this case, I don't blame you at all if you feel like this and you won't play here anymore after you withdraw your money. 

It's quite unpleasant if the casino lowers the value of your withdrawal, but on the one hand I'm glad that you're slowly but surely getting your money back, but on the other hand I'd like you to have it all as soon as possible. 

So our team will try to help you and hopefully they will.

Just looks that all complaints... From 35$ to the 20000$ , it's look like for casino isn't matter amount. And this casino is nominated for "best new casino" in Askgamblers annuals rewards?!
