Anyone had their winnings cancelled? I played a bonus, won over $100, played the playthrough without going over bet limits and withdrew $100. I deposited through coindraw to verify my account. I understand taking some money off the $100 (sunrise slots did this, only approving $93), but Silver Oak cancelled the whole thing and sent me my deposit back that I sent through coindraw. I didn't violate any terms of service and did the playthrough. I emailed them and waiting to hear back. They did this pretty quickly, a short while after I withdrew. Not sure why. They did not even refund the $100 to my account, they took it all, sent my deposit back to my bitcoin wallet and now my balance is at $0?? Hope to get a reply back from them from the message I sent, they do not have live chat anymore.

I hope I get a reply, I won't jump the gun like with Sunrise (though they may have only given it to me because I mentioned their rating on casinoguru and how people struggled to get payouts), but doesn't sound promising since they did not reply to you. These RTG casinos are a mess. I love the games, but I always have anxiety about playing and if I am going to be able to cash out. Other than Sunrise, Yabby gave me $50 of the cash I won per bonus terms, but I deposited with them, so, I lost more than I gained. I use other casinos too that I feel better giving my money to. At least PlayCroco told me I broke the terms by betting too high (on my deposit+added bonus--never making that mistake again), but Silver Oak didn't even give me a reason. I am almost done with RTG casinos because all the other casinos I use, I haven't had any issues. RTG casinos have been stressful.
Are you sure you didn't play a game forbidden while a bonus is active? That's the only reason I can see for the bonus to be voided, checked the casino a bit and there are many reviews from users informing about problems with their bonuses, and the amount of unsolved complaints is insane, the casino simply seems to have a mediocre bonus management, at least they refunded your deposit right? If the account already got blocked and the deposit refunded there is not much to do except warning others about the casino
My account wasn't blocked, but my deposit was returned. The thing is, casinos will usually tell you why it was voided. They seem to just not reply. I sent an email, so I'll see if they reply this week, but hardcoress666 said they locked her account, cancelled the bonus and did not reply, which is awful. I think what's also weird is they completely emptied out my account instead of just declining the bonus. They did a "manager withdrawal" after cancelling my coindraw and then just sent me back the deposit. They did it right away and said nothing. The entire things is bizarre. I only played slots. I won with free spins on Wild Hog Luau (or whatever it's called), then I had to playthrough like a little over $500. I managed to end up winning enough to have $114 at the end, so, I, then, played enough to just leave the $100 I was allowed to withdraw and withdrew it. The only other money in my account was my coindraw deposit. I never went over $2.50 for a bet and didn't use the free spin coupon I won with until the first coupon was no longer active. Then, I did not play again as I waited for withdrawal. I only played on slots to win the money--the same slots I always play with RTG. Now they won't even let me use anymore bonuses, when I had no problem before. The whole thing makes no sense. I hope I get a reply from them, but I may just have to take it as a loss. Maybe the casino has no money to pay out.

I did not get a response to my two emails asking about the cancellation of the $100 withdrawal, but I don't think it's worth filing a complaint for. I think I am just going to stop using Silver Oak. I am glad I didn't sink tons of money into them. These RTG slot casinos give me anxiety and I think I'll stick with the casinos I know well. I love the games, but I just don't need the stress of wondering whether or not I will be able to withdraw.
