Jag har aldrig sett något liknande i mitt liv. Jag satte in en bonus på 50 € med 5x insats och vad kan man tro? Man spelar med riktiga pengar, men pengarna krediteras inte till saldot, vilket innebär att man måste förlora 250 € för att låsa upp de 50 €. Unfortunately, we are unable to do much if the issue is regarding bonuses this casino offers, you know. Only they can decide whether and what kind of bonus they would give to their players. Especially if it is a no-deposit bonus. You have to think about it as bonus = gift.

We believe, though, that they surely should stay behind the terms and stick to those if they published them on their website. Don't get me wrong.

I had the same issue as the other players, contacted Support regarding this. It has been 3 weeks, no answer. I have played with real money, but no winnings were credited. Further, you CANT deactivate any active bonuses on your account. So you are forced to wager it, even if you don't want to. As I wanted to withdraw, the verification was simple and fast, but my withdrawal took 4+ weeks to be credited to my bank account. This is unacceptable.

I gave them one last chance after that withdrawal disaster, but the bonus issues came up. So no, I am absolutely blocking it. That is not really safe nor player-friendly at all. Other casinos would literally get fined for this kind of practice. Also can not understand why they are ranked here so high; they are really not playing by the rules.

Usually live chat agents don't know much about withdrawals, so that is why they told you that, you know. It is really handled by another team, so they have no clue what is happening.

May I ask if you checked your email together with the spam folder, please?

It may happen that such emails go there sometimes.

It is not good at all if the casino doesn't inform you what is actually going on and just rejects your withdrawals without any information. Of course you get worried and frustrated then.
