Well this will stir up the pot a bit more. I decided to play today at their sister site High Country and I won again very small win...I remember asking them why I do not get comp points and this was their answer.
Important to notice that transactions linked to winnings are not eligible to be added to the comp points, and your account shows that you have won more than what deposited since the last year.
So since I won I don't get comp points anymore. ok who cares!
Well, I would probably stay away from such a casino as I said, because it seems that they don't seem to value their loyal players that much. Of course they have the right to decide who they give such points to and who they don't. So the decision is ultimately up to you. 😕
Surprisingly I noticed a payment from old havana and high country have now been authorized to be paid out. So that's just about the fourteen day waiting period. A lot better than last time.

I will keep you informed on the next withdrawal. As for payment types I do not do crypto of any kind and I am not interested in it, So I prefer check or bank/wire transfer only.

Regarding payment methods, thank you, I know that crypto should be the fastest, but there are many cases when it takes longer in casinos even with these types of methods than the player expects. However, now we need to focus on the current situation. 🙂
Alot of casinos only use crypto for deposits and withdrawals. That limits me but I also believe it limits the casinos also. I cannot believe that players like crypto. If you win and you get your withdrawal then you have to sell it to turn it into cash. Checks and wire transfers are instant cash. No selling, buying or watching the price change daily. IMO I think any casino that doesn't take credit cards as a deposit method is losing business but I also understand that there is no 3rd party deposits so more can be hidden.
I know that I have met players who have explicitly asked for crypto either for deposit or withdrawal. I don't really understand it that well and I have maybe only basic knowledge, so I would also lean towards transfer because it wouldn't depend on different conversions.
Nevertheless, what is most important in this case is for you to get your next withdrawal. I hope it will be successful. ✌️
