Hm, that's unfortunate situation. I'd probably explain to casino the same you explained here. Just tell them about the failed attempts and also tell them your Paysafe limit is now changed. You can't do much more. Anyway, is your account in Nordslot verified? Have you already sent them your ID card and other documents?

This is actually something I've seen few times in a history. Unregistered players don't have access to the live chat. You can't access your account, because it's locked, you contact the casino via email, but you get no replies so you just create a new account in order to contact the support. You don't use that account for gambling at all. Anyway, the casino contacts you later that your winnings on the first account were voided, because you breached their terms and conditions (multiple accounts). It's stupid, I know.

It's quite a long time, but there are casinos (not the best ones) where it can take 2-3 weeks. If they ask you to wait, I'd probably wait and send them a reminder every few days.

On the other hand, the good sign is that the casino still communicates with you and your account isn't blocked. Just make sure you don't lose your winnings before you manage to verify your account! That happens quite often when players are impatient.
