We do not consider the chances of winnings in the final score. Different players from different countries might have different access to games with a different RTP - based on the casino's deal with the concrete game provider and the country itself. Aditiononaly, there is a constant mathematical advantage the casinos have over the player, and due to that it's called gambling - you can lose. The longer you play, the higher the chances you'll lose will get. So we focus on the probability you'll be treated fairly instead. Put it easily, once you manage to win, the casino will pay you your fairly gained winnings.

Do you consider every casino you lost in as a bad one? What about other features?

I recommend checking reviews on trustpilot about this casino. Big discrepancy. Case? I don't think so.

Personally, since Trustpilot offers paid accounts, I do not recognize this platform as trusted anymore.

By bouncing the ball the other way, for example, a casino such as N1 Bet Casino on casino guru has a very good reputation, and people on Polish online casino forums complain that this casino is a scam and does not pay out winnings or blocks accounts giving the reason, e.g. as a multi-account when someone wants to withdraw, and this situation has never happened on the part of players, so? 🙂

In principle, you are right that reviews are paid, but rather positive ones. An exemplary example is Bruno Casino or Nine Casino. I doubt that the competition pays to write negative reviews.

Hello. I'll start from the end since it is something I'd like to mention first: Even our competitors have paid to provide us with a fake very nasty reviews on Trustpilot. It happens to the casinos too, be assured. 🙁

if you know about players who need help, point them here - complaint is a service free for everyone.

I guess it sounds logical.

You know, many players claim they have never set up a second account, and many of them are proven wrong.

The best solution is to submit the complaint and stand up face to face to the complaint process. We can't help everyone, but we always inform what seems to be the fairest resolution at least.

Anyway, every unresolved complaint has consequences for the casino, so it's worth it 🙂.

Could you understand the issue more deeply, please? I'd like to help, but I'm not exactly sure what's going on.

Furthermore, the screenshot is only about unsuccessful transactions, but the post, on the other hand, starts with rules violations and voided winnings.

Please explain in full.

Så jag förlorade mycket pengar på N1Bet. När jag vann något ville de att jag skulle verifiera mig för utbetalningen. Jag gjorde detta också och jag har 40K som jag vill betala ut, nu får jag reda på att utbetalningsgränsen är €2500 per vecka och 12K per månad. Jag har väntat i 5 dagar och chatten säger hela tiden vänligen vänta tålmodigt. Är detta en bluff casinosajt nu? Jag vet detta från vänner som faktiskt inte hade några problem med sidan, men vad är det för fel på dem? Jag har skrivit till VIP-chefen flera gånger, inget svar, jag vet inte hur jag ska gå vidare. Tror du att en advokat som är specialiserad på kasinon kan lämna in skriftliga klagomål på licensgivaren eller klaga på något annat?

Hey. I can see that you have a problem with the withdrawal, but I would like to reassure you that 5 days is not so much and you don't have to worry about it right away. We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue. 

As for the limits themselves, we have the same limits listed on our website, so it should be fine.

However, did you ask the casino for any reason why you are waiting for the withdrawal ? On the other hand, I would say that you can still be patient and we will see where the situation will go and whether the casino will pay or give some answer. If they don't, then I would recommend filing a complaint with us. I don't think it has to go to a lawyer right away and I would leave that as a last option if nothing else works out. 

So would it be possible to keep a cool head for a few more days and update us ?

Jag har goda vänner som gör casino streams som Orangemorange du kanske känner eller Memooo från Montana Black, många säger att n1bet är väldigt tveksamt. Även vissa säger att det nästan är en bluff

I think you will be able to decide on the basis of your own experience, although I want to firmly believe that everything will turn out well. If there is a problem and nothing is resolved in the next few days, then you can file a complaint as I have already announced.
