Hej, god morgon, jag har försökt få min insats för att verifiera mitt konto sedan igår och det tillåter mig inte eftersom jag bor hos mina föräldrar och det ber mig om autogiro på mina fakturor, vilket jag inte har för det anledning.


I ett annat fall har jag en faktura för att sälja handskar där det står mitt namn och adress och det går inte heller, och jag har en försäkring för en klocka som säger samma sak och som inte låter mig heller. Jag kan inte sluta prata med chatten och det löser ingenting och då svarar inte kyc-mejlen på mig jag behöver akut hjälp snälla

Hej, god kväll (sedan jag skrev), jag har problem med insättningen, jag har gjort insättningar för första gången med banköverföring (via betalningsmarknaden), mer än 24 timmar har gått och jag har fortfarande inte fått pengar, jag pratade igen gånger med kundtjänst och de sa till mig att bara vänta, först fick jag vänta en timme, sedan 24 timmar, jag ville spela direkt men jag förstod att det kan ta tid och det måste finnas en många saker mellan min insättning och vad det debiterades från mitt konto, det här är min första gång på kasinot, jag följde instruktionerna som de är i videon för att använda den metoden så jag vet att jag inte misslyckades med det

Hi, what amount did the casino take from you specifically ? I see that 1800 were confirmed, so that's what you should probably get, so I don't see from the screenshots what the problem is. I was wondering if you're worried about the wagering, it's quite high, but in cases like this when you take a bonus you should always read the rules to know what you're getting into because it's not unusual. 

But if I have misunderstood something, be sure to let me know.

They specifically took £1800.09 due to excessive winnings. I was only aloud 5x of the £40 which is £200. This is the bonus terms and conditions apparently, tbh I think it's wrong considering I've put money into the casino most likely thousands of pounds with no return hardly, ever since this I've been having problems with them locking my account balance, having to verify my cards again, not been able to communicate with them properly etc.

The fact non of the games were doing nothing at all aswell until I used this bonus, they seemed to be really active all the sudden giving me big wins. Managed to turn £40 into over £2000 seems off to me. If you understand.

Of course I understand, but on the other hand it is also clearly stated that what are the rules for the bonus and how much you can get out of it. Also at the bottom of your screenshot it is written that when you withdraw the excess, it will be removed and you will only be able to withdraw as much as allowed. So with that information you knew what you were getting into and it's often common for bonuses to have a maximum cashout. 

So even though I agree with you, in this case I don't see anything that the casino did wrong.

As far as locking the balance and verifying cards, you deposit from multiple or why do you have to keep verifying cards ?

I understand it is the terms and conditions of the bonus but it's not exactly fair play for every customer is it, so this is me standing up and raising a dispute about it to make changes to keep customers happy in the future. I'm gutted about it tbh I put over £400 in to receive that £40 cash back and turned it into over £2000 I was happy I went to cash out and this happened bringing it down to £200 so I've lossed out in the end that's not fair play at all.

I guess that's why I wouldn't play with casino bonuses because most of them are not profitable for me. While I understand your frustration and sadness, I don't think you'll get very far with your complaint, as Nick also said that it was clearly stated that the max withdrawal is 5x the bonus. So as much as I understand you, I'm afraid the best thing to do next time is to choose what bonus you want to play with and if it's worth it.

When it comes to the verification, I wouldn't start by comparing your issues to the others, because each process is more or less unique. If you agree, I would instead try to focus on the concrete issue.

Could you explain why you couldn't pass the verification, please?

If there is a specific issue with one or more documents, kindly focus on explaining the difference between what the casino asked you to provide and what you actually provided.

I believe that once we both understand what must be provided, you can focus on fulfilling the request properly.

So, don't hesitate and share even the casino's official rejection reason, I would find that rather handy, to be honest.

I believe that the more information we have, the more likely it is that we will find a solution.
