I can't tell you exactly because we're not a casino. I completely understand that waiting can sometimes be unpleasant, but we will all have to do so in this case and when the casino has an update or you learn something new, then we will know where you stand.

I'd say the casino can't "give money back" before the money reaches their account.

Have you heard that each transaction takes some time to pass through? When most casinos prefer to lend the amount to their customers in advance to allow them to play immediately, it seems this is an exception.

Anyway, where did you deposit, please, and which payment did you use?

Thanks for describing the situation. How long does the whole withdrawal process take in the casino ? As you could see, we give casinos 14 days to sort it out. If the casino does not do anything within this time and ignores you, our team will try to help you and contact them. 

However, did they also tell you why they extending your withdrawal ? I assume that with such a high win, checks are made with the provider as well, so it's good to have screenshots and proof if it's needed. But obviously it will take some time, although I would expect the casino to at least tell you what's going on at the moment. 

If you had any news would you let me know ? I'm quite interested to see how it all turns out.

Hi, it is not wise to use other people's documents, cards or anything similar. Because when you want to verify yourself it can cause problems like you have now and casino can close your account. Everything has to be in your name so that the casino doesn't suspect you.

However, you told them that your friend deposited into your account and what exactly do you have to verify now? The best thing to do is to inform them. 

Ask around and let me know what they tell you.
