The casino requires three times the deposit amount to be wagered.

However, although it is not stated anywhere, it is actually difficult to withdraw because they apply the same reflection rate to real money as they do to bonus money 

(For example, a machine with a 5% on bonus reflective rate would require 60 times the deposit amount.)


The casino claims that this is a glitch and that it has already been fixed, but nothing has been fixed.

I would like to clarify whether this is a glitch or a specification.

Hi.

It is normal that one needs to play with the deposit in order to withdraw winnings; otherwise, it would be the same as using a bank account, which is a completely different situation.

Wagering 1x up to 3x for a clean deposit is reasonable, higher requirements, though are not a good sign, if I may say.

Regarding the bonus contribution, if the casino says it was fixed while you are convinced it was not, I suggest you reach out to the casino again. I'd like to see the response.

The casino made me a bonus offer.

I made a deposit accordingly, but the bonus was not granted.

The casino said they decided not to grant the bonus.


I was tricked by the casino into depositing and then having to place a wager to withdraw.


If they decided not to grant the bonus, they should have taken some action such as not allowing me to select the bonus when depositing.

I am appalled at the way they operate to cheat their players.

Do you know why they have decided you won't get the bonus, please?

If you don't mind waiting, feel free to submit another complaint. I'm not sure how far we get at this point, though.

Hi,i just want to say that at 05.05.25 I wanted to withdraw 300 euro.Furstable i wait 24 hours to request approval.Then today is 13.05.25 and there is no any money coming from casino.They said must wait about 5 days to transfer to visa card.It's terrible to wait so long,and nothing happening.
