This company and its sister casino do the same and the only way to deal with this is to raise a complaint via Casino guru and then we either get satisfaction about our complaints or the Casino doesnt respond/ Help and its gets marked down and flagged as blacklisted casino.

Loss of players and revenue will get their attention.

Hello, I think I understand where you're coming from. In the past, saying I want to self-exclude was enough to close the account, as far as I heard, - without further discussion. Yet the trend has changed, it seems.

I would at least appreciate something like a panic button, which would give the player some time to see through a challenging period and perhaps prevent further losses. May work as the first part or step of the self-exclusion request itself. Just thinking aloud here.
