All the withdrawalls went "smooth" 2-3 days. Now i made withdrawal on 23july and the withdrawal is still pending on 30july. When i email them they are saying there are "delays".

I think it was normal for this particular casino to have some delays, so if you only had to wait two or three days in the past, I’d say that was actually quite good.

A casino can have delays for various reasons, which is why we give casinos up to 14 days to process a withdrawal. If nothing changes, definitely let us know and we’ll try to help you in some way.

However, I wouldn’t call the casino a scammer just because the withdrawal is taking a little longer than it did before. Since, as you said yourself, they have already paid you several times in the past, I don’t think there’s enough reason to assume that they’re scammers.

Every time they paid out yes. But every time is a battle 10+ emails sent and always generic answers…

That means I personally wouldn’t keep emailing them endlessly. The fact that the casino sends you generic emails may be fairly normal in the sense that they automatically send certain messages during the withdrawal process.

If you keep emailing them and they keep replying with the same generic responses, then I don’t really see the point in continuing to contact them constantly. If you already know roughly how long the process is expected to take, there’s probably no need to keep emailing them nonstop.

I’m sometimes not surprised that casinos send generic emails when players contact them repeatedly, because they may simply have nothing new to tell you. If there’s a delay or some other issue, they should obviously be able to explain it properly. On the other hand, if the same problem is still ongoing, I don’t really see the point in them repeating the exact same thing over and over again.

So I understand that when players have their money stuck somewhere, it can be stressful and frustrating. At the same time, constantly asking for updates when the casino has nothing new to share will probably just lead to exactly this situation, where they keep sending you the same generic responses.
