Luxury Casino blockerade mina VIP-poäng 84 euro för 2 år sedan, de är blockerade idag och jag kan inte längre lösa in dem. Då vann jag 900 euro genom gratissnurr och implementerade bonusen. Efter 3 veckor fick jag äntligen en utbetalning på min bank. Efteråt blockerades mina VIP-poäng från att lösas in på mitt spelkonto. Men jag får ändå sätta in. Var är det rättvisa? Jag är inte medveten om någon skuld och om jag försöker förtydliga allt i chatten så blir jag utkastad. Vem är bedragaren här..lyxkasino..

Det är förståeligt men jag förstår inte varför jag blev blockerad för VIP-poäng. Varför kan jag inte längre lösa in poängen på mitt spelarkonto? Allt jag någonsin hört från kasinot är att detta block är tillfälligt men jag kan fortfarande göra en insättning och samla VIP-poäng. Låset skulle fortfarande finnas kvar. Jag vill äntligen få detta förbud upphävt... det har gått över 2 år...
