Hello there,

I just replied to the email, there are some details we should take of first, though. Would be better to continue by email 🙂, I guess.

My Favorite is Bitcoin.com Games.

Bitcoin.com is a huge crypto media that launched an online casino under its brand in 2021. This gambling site mainly offers visitors to play slots but also has a small library of live and table games. The site's main feature is exclusive slot tournaments where you can win good money. Tournaments are constantly updated, and new activities are held every month.

Good morning Radka, and thank you for reaching out to us.

We sincerely appreciates what you guy are doing here at Casino Guru and looking forward to working with you in the coming months. As regards the License jurisdiction you inquired about, we had the option to obtain license from any given jurisdiction and remove the "No KYC Policy" or to operate outside any jurisdiction and keep the No KYC Policy of which we choose the later. Our license will be fairness and integrity, as well as robust customer care experiences.

One of the most notable Crypto Casino that offers full NO KYC services without licenses is LTC Casino and we are looking forward to joining them in that niche. Every licensed casinos requires KYC and you can't remove it and still keep your license. Since we are not the type of Casinos that hide behind lengthy and bogus Terms and Conditions, we decided to go it the gray and hard way by staying out of any particular jurisdiction while maintaining truthfulness to our customers.

There have been great companies such as Binance and others who have operated for years and handling billions of USD in finances without licenses. We hope to emulate these companies and let integrity be out oversight. Cryptocurrecy is designed to be anonymous and the advent of Crypto Casino license has greatly impacted the anonymity of its users.

We have invested a good amount of time tweaking and testing our platform and games, and now we are ready to launch officially on the 20th of December, 2022. Right now, anyone can play games, win, and make withdrawals even before the official launching date.

If you need any further question, I will be more than happy to provide you an answer to the best of my understanding.

Thank you and welcome to Fortune.st

Hi, I only found that it was info from the tester but I didn't get to the specific reason. Maybe other players will be able to advise you if they get to your post.

As far as no KYC casinos are concerned, I think there will be less and less of them as most casinos want to verify the player. The second casino mentioned was also mentioned by the player before you, so you're on to something.

I found these other casinos BitKong Casino and Decentral Games Casino- but they don't have a license, so I'd be careful about depositing here and I'd probably stick with the one you mentioned.

BC.Game is in Breach of Law in Online Gambling

A Casino with No KYC !!!

BC.Game, is undertaking a malpractice by not requiring verification documents in order to play on BC.Game. I personally, created 100s of account of BC.Game with just email and password and transferred crypto to play. I am someone with problem gambling, and am not able to self exclude from BC.Game. It provides a self exclusionm option and blocks you out from the account permanently. Indeed, but I can return back and re-open the account at any time. And I can keep doing that forever.

Self-Exclusion option without initial verification document requirement is useless, and effectively meaningless. Most of the online Casinos require verification documents to play. But, BC.Game is the only Online Crypto Casino, that does not require verification document at the time of registration, which makes it an illegal practice, and a Fraudulent Casino, that doesn't follow any regulatory requirements, and just exploit the weaknesses of general problem gambling addict and minors to steal money from them.

I request that the gaming commission, and relevant legal authority to interfere, and take action immediately on BC.Game for not following KYC, Anti Money Laundering, and Terrorism act in online crypto practices as well online gambling. This is serious breach of Law, and I am surprised that BC.Game is not following the act of Law and still running without any Legal problem. Why the regulators are not paying attention to this. Where is the law ?

Hello!

It is regrettable to observe you as a susceptible player who chose to participate in a cryptocurrency casino with a quite weak license.

I would like to explain further, though.

Crypto casinos are closer to anonymous casinos, and as the name suggests, they prefer to use untrackable crypto payments. This results in lower verification demand, because verifying the crypto payment option makes little sense for instance. More importantly, to me, it seems that this casino's system only spots the same email addresses and other registration details when a new account is created. Sadly, such a simple setting may be avoided quite easily, so you may end up with more than one active account.

In general, crypto casinos want to provide players with less administration and checks.

Thus, in my opinion, vulnerable players should avoid casinos with weaker KYC measures, such as anonymous casinos and partially crypto casinos - depending on how well the system recognizes "similar" registering details.

In hand with that goes the license quality. Did you know the efforts casinos take to verify a player are also related to their licenses? Sadly, the CIL is among the weakest:

"Unfortunately, C.I.L. has no presence online and information about them is very scarce, so it is unclear exactly what is required of licensees for them to be able to operate. There also appears to be little attention to responsible gambling procedures, and no formal complaints procedure for players. This casts a lot of doubt on the safety and reliability of casinos operating under this license, and so players should be careful about which sites they choose to play at."

Additionally: "The only information with regards to contacting the regulator is an e-mail address which can be found on any C.I.L certificate: info@curacaolicensing.com or helpdesk@curacaolicensing.com."

More details are here 👈

Technically, it's quite poor support for players in trouble.

Again, I dare to say that addicted players should be careful when approaching crypto casinos with a weak license.

So, when you ask, "Why the regulators are not paying attention to this. Where is the law ?"

I bet the answer is regrettably quite obvious.

Anyway, I'm concerned about the part where you say that the casino did not require KYC verification and so on. You can reopen your account or accounts anytime.

Since this is a very serious topic, I would not jump to conclusions, though I have my own opinion on it. Instead, I'd like to ask you to submit a free-of-charge complaint through the Casino Guru Resolution Center.

We believe that both sides should take necessary steps to avoid potential harm caused by reopening an account, though each situation should be considered separately. Hence, I feel the complaint, which you can create by clicking/tapping this link 👈, is a good step to take.

Do you think you can do that? If you have further questions regarding the complaint process or just wonder what to do next, please let us know.

We care to help you out.
