So I contacted the authorities, and the response I got from them was entirely different.
Here on casino guru's site,the casino was unresponsive to my complaint, although Abdulrahaman mentioned that they proclaimed we are same persons.
Below are the screenshots of the emails I received and sent.
They accused me for multiple accounts, but now to the authorities,they accused me of money laundry.
