I don't know what kind of screening criteria they use, but I consider this casino to have a low level of safety.

Hello, do you mean that you have already self-excluded yourself from the casino in the first case and still managed to create an account in your name and verify yourself in the casino again ? I don't understand that, if that's the case, how you could have verified yourself with the same documents and the casino did nothing. 

I would definitely try to file a complaint with us and our team would look into the whole situation. I'm not saying you will 100% get money but at the very least they will investigate and try to help if possible.
