Now everything is dismissed as "discretionary and not guaranteed," even when specific days are stated in writing.

When raising concerns, responsibility is pushed back onto the player, and I was even advised to stop playing or close my account instead of the issue being addressed.

I have kept all messages as evidence. My conclusion: written bonus promises here cannot be trusted. Players should be extremely cautious.
