Jag begärde att få stänga min profil i chatten den 24 november 2024. Eftersom livechatten inte har en sådan funktion, blockerades mitt konto permanent utan möjlighet till återställning.


Kasinot bestämmer helt enkelt över huvudet på spelarna och blockerar godtyckligt konton utan att kunna avblockera dem igen. Först skyller de på villkoren, men jag var inte nöjd med det, sedan fick jag höra i chatten att de helt enkelt hade blockerat min profil oåterkalleligt bara för att jag bad om att den skulle stängas i ett ögonblick av frustration. Personligen kan jag inte komma på något annat att säga om det.

I won €4.00 off 50 sign up spins.

I won €40 after wager (max win 10X).

I deposited €10 and wagered the amount fully to verify my payment method.

I then FULLY verified my account.

I requested a withdrawal of €40.00

I decided to self exlcude while the balance was being withdrawn for personal reasons for a period of 6-Months.


They have informed me they won't pay out despite following all T&C.

They have said the 'Administrator' can alter T&C at anytime.

Now I'm being informed to wait 6-Months, Deposit an amount equal to my winnings and wager it 3X just to Withdraw the money!


(This term is only meant to come into effect on 10.6 of their terms if you claim "Repeated NDB"

I only claimed 1 NDB on sign-up)


I told them this, So they then informed me that the Administrator has right to Alter T&C!

That is not responsible and is a very Unfair Term to state..


I decided to ask them what happens if someone wins €1000 off a NDB, and they informe Me the same rule applies.. they have to deposit the same amount they win! That is Disgusting and very unfair.


Lastly, I asked them what happens if I decide to self exclude permanently..

They informed me any winnings in your cash balance from any bonuses will be considered Void/Cancelled if you self exclude before the withdrawal process is Finished!


That's it.. it should be blacklisted

That's a disgrace

This term effects all bonuses, not just NDB.


So be warned that you can't withdrawal your winnings from any bonuses if you decide to self exclude during the withdrawal process!

I had made a 10€ deposit and wagered it, and they refuse my 40€ withdrawal.


Imagine if you win 1000s and decide to self exclude permanently for personal reasons after wagering your bonus.. your cash balance gets voided.

Hi, it's quite unpleasant to get into a situation like this.

In such cases I would say that if a player wants to self-exclude and has a withdrawal, the casino should pay him if he hasn't broken anything and therefore close the account. But I know that not every casino can do that and I have seen exactly the same term a long time ago, that unless the player successfully passes the withdrawal, he can't even self-exclude. But they had it written in the Terms. So you didn't find it written anywhere? 

Nevertheless, when you opened a complaint, our team will take a look at the whole situation and evaluate how it is. 

Hopefully, it can be resolved and communicated and it will turn out well in the end.

Ja, det är sant. Men jag gick sedan direkt till ett annat casino från leverantören och frågade eftersom jag inte var säker på om jag kunde fortsätta spela där och varför Gizbo hade blockerat mig.


Det andra kasinot kunde inte ge mig någon information om det, så jag verifierade mitt konto och kontot verifierades framgångsrikt. I chatten fick jag sedan veta att de kunde berätta att allt var OK med mitt konto på casinot.


Jag tycker att det är dumt att konton blockeras godtyckligt och spelaren kan inte ens få veta om de har blockerats på alla plattformar eller inte. Leverantörens kasinon har aldrig tagit ansvarsfullt spelande på allvar. Jag är registrerad hos Fresh, Lex och Legzo. De lät mig vänta för evigt i chatten, gav mig tusen erbjudanden om att stanna och så plötsligt har de blockerat mig i det här casinot trots att jag bara ville stänga mitt konto? Det är inte vettigt. Jag sätter nu denna leverantör på min svarta lista. Jag sätter definitivt inte in några mer pengar på kasinon och om jag vinner kommer jag att få problem eftersom de kommer att citera förbudet - det är jag väldigt säker på.

Det är synd eftersom jag tyckte om att spela på leverantörens andra kasinon.

It is common that you would always have to manually exclude yourself separately in each one if you wanted to.

However, in the future, I recommend to always name things as they are and if you just want a temporary break, you better communicate it directly. I know that in some casinos you can close your account and then reopen it, but it may work differently everywhere. Therefore, it is best to say what you want to do to avoid misunderstandings.

But I also understand that you are not comfortable with this and would rather move somewhere else.
