Did the IGA respond in due course? I have Velobet in a corner because they allowed me to deposit when I asked them not too etc after reopening account. They however won't provide me with transcripts that prove me right! They are horrible customer service etc I can't stand them

No sorry I don’t know who processed the payment. I just contacted Visiola and they refunded me direct. I think I must have just been very lucky at the time.

My bank - Starling - does not show location but I got the refunds from contacting the Nigerian website. This is some months again and like I said I think I was just lucky and they are now ignoring requests
