Very nice casino overall and that's on top of that noone asked for five-stars opinion. Sometimes I get a request from Foggy to rate them on forums. But I dont get a reward or a bonus for such a thing, why is that? I've been gambling on Foggy for almost 3 months, so you can also ask me a questions

I'd say that this is due to the Paypal restrictions:
"PayPal allows approved gambling merchants to use our service in certain jurisdictions where gambling activities are legal."
Not sure how this applies to Bulgaria, lots of casinos just do not offer PayPal as the payment option because there are other options.
