its a scam casino which do anything so they wont payout this casino and that group find something so they not payout even if you have not do anything wrong ,wipe these casinos out of the market totally scam

the only answer is in the email i get from them .this casinos tactic is to make player give up and go but this is a scam they do everything to take money and i wonder how many times have they done that? they earn from peoples play if the player looses the earn it that way if you win you only get 125% from the bonus amount and then they find som exuses to not pay they do everything to not pay ! the bonus is to scam people. i asked an explanation but the only answer is in the mail .

and supporters answer is that what the casino manager says a big bandit or thief nothing else.

I understand. However, even if it doesn't seem fair, as I mentioned, you should always read the bonus conditions so as not to break any rules. I would also say that before you decide to play, it's best to see what kind of casino it is and do a little overview to try to eliminate such situations, although of course it's not guaranteed that a similar scenario wouldn't happen at a better casino. But still there is less risk in my opinion.
