I made a withdrawal of 3000 euros, was processed successfully , but never sent to my bank account, I contacted them repeatedly and all they say is wait and wait, they say there was an error during withdrawal and we sent an email to the provider. No solution at all , all they say is wait. Scammers they robbed me.

i have this problem aswell, trying to cashout. withdrawal was approved on friday 13th but still didnt recieve anything.

I feel it's fair to say that if the casino is facing issues with its payment provider, there is not much we can do aside from monitoring the situation via a possible complaint.

Still, it's free and worth trying.

yes i recieved it yday im so happy!! yeah it took 10 days before i recieved it
