Den 20 juli begärde jag ett uttag på 500 euro via krypto från Betfoxx. De har en handläggningstid på upp till 72 timmar. Efter upprepade förfrågningar sa de "under dagen" flera gånger och efter upprepade falska uttalanden i livechatten sa de alltid att ansvarig avdelning inte svarat. Och till råga på allt, sedan igår har inget besvarats – du får inget svar via mejl eller livechatt. Livechatten öppnas och du kan se att den läses men varje agent ignorerar meddelandena. Det ser ut som en avsiktlig lurendrejning, eller hur? Kommer jag fortfarande att se mina pengar? Kan någon hjälpa mig?

First of all, I'd like to say we are happy you've made it here. From my perspective, a decent casino should somehow be able to work out such a delay or suggest options. Speaking of which, has something of the sort happened? under these circumstances, casinos usually try a different payment method to fulfill the withdrawal request. Frankly, I feel you have just been tolked out.

Well, we have an extremely dedicated team of experts who try to resolve these issues by, let's say, reasoning with the casino representatives. You are more than welcome to get in touch with them if the casino fails to pay you by the end of the week. Technically, we give every casino a fair chance - 14 full days - to settle the problem without our interference.

There is, however, a point that concerns me.

Even though this Betfoxx Casino has not been listed so far, the review is underway. Sadly, the results are quite bad. The current internal Safety Index is 2,8, equal to a "very bad" description. Simply put, playing in this casino is very risky, and the same goes for withdrawals.

On the other hand, it might be an opportunity for both sides. If they are willing to cooperate, we will do what we can to help you out.

Jag försökte använda en annan uttagsmetod men den ignorerades eller blockerades.

Jag såg en annan användare på din sida som har exakt samma problem med Betfoxx som jag. Det skjuts upp och ignoreras sedan efter en längre tid.

Självklart skulle jag vara villig att samarbeta men vad måste jag göra för att du ska hjälpa mig och kontakta casinot?

Om det verkligen är en rip-off, varför är utbetalningen fortfarande på avvaktande uttag? De kunde bara blockera mig, eller hur?

Well, I'm sorry your request was ignored. But I'm not surprised at a casino like this because, as Radka said, it wasn't the best choice. 

If you are able to cooperate, you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you contact the casino, but whether they will respond and try to resolve things I do not advise you. If they don't, then there will be consequences.

Hello I’ve been back forth via chat line about my pending withdraw since the 22 August 2024, I’ve done all acts suggested by the agent and am on my 2nd week of waiting a reply via email.. am pondering wether or not to lay a complaint..file

Hi, if it's been going on for more than two weeks, I would definitely go ahead and file a complaint if the situation hasn't moved anywhere. 

But let me ask you a couple of questions. Are you already verified with the casino ? I'm asking because I see a message there that you have to upload your ID/passport.

The next thing I noticed is that on our website we have a withdrawal limit of 1000 per day. You have a withdrawal that exceeds that amount. The casino didn't tell you anything about this ? 🤔

Hi Jaro, yes I am a verified player. I can only withdraw via crypto the upload id/passport is for visa withdraw option.

I have tried using that form of withdraw it just gets reversed back to my player account.:file

as for withdraw limits they do have them..

Good, and the casino also gives you the answer why it keeps coming back to your account. It might be a good idea to ask them about limits or things like that, because that might be what's stopping you from withdrawing. Also, did you use the same method for withdrawing as you did for depositing ?

No I deposited via visa and they only allow crypto withdraw..

still no response via email and chat line says they can’t help as they have nothing to do with payments..

Hi yes as far as I am aware, I have not had any response to emails.

live chat just say it’s another department and they can’t help x
