Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (sida 1 555)

Has anyone had any luck with Ivy pay recently, emailed them, they sent me their form and I filled it in on 28th July and had nothing back since?

I’ve made a complaint with the ICO today on Xpate due to ignoring me since July. Hopefully I’ll get some of the information I’ve been looking for - has anyone had any dealings with the ICO and received the information they requested initially?

No, it's definitely VEMTRA on my statement. But if you have any contact details for VENTIRA, or know who processes their payments, I'd appreciate the information as well.

I ended up filing chargebacks because Walleto wasn't responding and I couldn't find any way to contact the merchant directly. So far, I've only won one of the disputed transactions and received the money back for that one. The rest are still pending, so I'm waiting to see how they turn out.

My bank told me the chargeback process could take up to 90 days. I've managed to recover the money from a few transactions, but only through chargebacks — Xpate didn't refund them directly.

I've filed chargebacks for the remaining transactions as well, so now I'm just waiting for the decisions.

If it's a significant amount spread across many transactions, your bank may not necessarily agree to raise chargebacks for every single one. I would keep contacting Xpate and submitting complaints to them in the meantime.

At the same time, I'd still try to dispute at least some of the transactions through your bank. That may be the best chance of recovering part of the money if LOLPOK and Xpate continue to ignore you.

I'm wondering if Xpate might be processing some of them. Any information or contact details would be useful.

KAVRIN / DEXMOR / FENTIQ / RALVEX / GORNIX / TELQAR / VEMTRA / NOLVIK / PREDOX / SENQIR

Does anyone know anything about them or have contact details? I'm also wondering whether Xpate could be the processor behind any of these payments.
