hi guys. I am probably the next victim here. I took around christmas a 100% bonus and waggered all the money as described with bets. Now i have 1300€ i want to withdrawal . I tried 4-5 times with Bank Transfer and Revolution (Banktransfer) . They are cancelling my withdrawals After 3-4 days and they keep telling me next time it will probably work or i should try different withdrawal. I mean why do they keep doing this? I am very sad and angry about the Situation. The Money i deposit they take it immediately and when i win for the First time i have to fight for my Money ? Verification is not needed they told me and under the Button verification i can read it too that it is not needed. What can i do now? Please help me .

Anyway, back to your problem. The casino told you to try another payment method? Have you tried it or not? Do you also know what the specific problem is or did they not tell you and just repeat that it will work next time?

That sounds very frustrating! Did they give you a clear explanation as to why the withdrawals were not going through? Perhaps there are withdrawal limits or additional verifications that you didn't see. I would recommend contacting their support with specific questions about these rejections.

Unfortunately, my experience with BetRiot was also terrible. I signed up, made a deposit, played a bit, and even managed to increase my balance. But when I tried to withdraw, the problems started. They requested verification, which is normal, but the process dragged on for weeks. Support kept saying they would ‘forward my request to the relevant department,’ but nothing happened. In the end, they just froze my account without any explanation. After multiple attempts to contact support, they simply stopped responding.
What I gonna do next? I really don't know

After many trials i managed to get my money. I was sending the E-Mails and i think it worked better than live chat. However i will Never ever play again on BetRiot

If the casino doesn't communicate with you, your team could try to intervene in your case.

Around 2 Weeks for 3 withdrawals (500€!each) . It was cancelled around 4-5 times and you can do only once a day

Let's be serious; do you aim to keep playing in this casino? I imagine I would not feel completely convinced. 😀 But I guess there are also other features and qualities worth considering...
