Amazon Slots won't return my money

I joined Amazon slots recently, deposited an amount and won an amount. I didn't realize and don't understand the 65 x wager rule that they have in place. They are refusing to let me have my own money plus my winnings saying that I need to wager a certain amount to get it. I have constantly emailed them as no telephone contact available, and now the Safer Gambling Team have frozen my account. It's nothing to do with safer gambling , simply being able to access my money. Basically, they have locked down my money, please help. Thank you
