Support staff does not understand basic English. Made a big mistake and deposit $25 even though I’ll was careful and made sure I’ll had the correct amount typed in, but they automatically withdrawal out $50 this was the first red flag you see. Trying to explain to them what happen is a nightmare they a so incompetent, I’ve have used a lot of casino but by far has to be the worst I’ve had ever dealt with with, they would simply ask are you still the wait 1 second and end chat, They have ended chat total of 11 times. I only play at this casino and have done so for a long time. BUT SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED!.... All I do is deposit! I cannot get a win, I'm lucky if I win free spins on any of the games a withdrawal is out of the question! I've noticed that this started when they got rid of the Quikspin games.
Now they've stopped issuing bonuses when they used to frequently, their excuse is I haven't made enough deposits to receive a bonus which is a load of bullshit!

Jag provade nyligen ett onlinecasino och är ganska nöjd. Spelen var roliga och det var enkelt att sätta in och ta ut pengar. Had absolutely no issues whatsoever in regards to withdrawals. Successfully withdrew 2 major payouts first being $62,000aud, not a moment of run around or delay with verification process and approval for payout the whole process took about 24hrs to have my account verified, payout approved and then another 48hrs for the first of my 10k ler 7days withdrawals. Each one was as fast and consistent as the last.
Next major payout of 30k was just as smooth if not smoother. Witch is a really relieving feeling finding a casino like such considering uptown pokies screwed me in the past of a 50k payout over minute (disputable) claims of rule broken.

I want to like this casino, as it has the potential to be an awesome place for Slots/pokies & I'm pretty sure it's a sister site or at least owned by the same people that run Jokaroom (Which is definitely in my top 10 Casinos list). It has a pretty cool site design, same as CampeonBET. Not the greatest selection of Deposit/Withdrawal methods. Cashouts sit pending for 24 hours before processed, then will receive funds 24-72 hours after. Okay games list. However there is just something strange about it. Seems different to get wins & most games don't have a home button when i know that those exact games at other places do. Think of that what you will. Chat staff are fairly prompt, but seem very quick at times to close the chat before you can ask your question & have had a few slightly rude workers on the chat. But it still is a fairly new Casino & with time hopefully they'll get it together.

Don't waste your time, find a casino with fast withdrawals and who value their players. Jackpot Jill Withdrawals are a joke and deliberately take forever and are left in pending in the hope you will reverse it and lose it. VIP treatment doesn't exist unless you then become a Platinum VIP, but you will not find this information under their VIP information. They do not value your loyalty at all. I gave 1 star because I liked some of their games but they recently got rid of the providers I liked best and the ones that would reward the player with more consistent wins.
Overall The casino started off promising but really disappointed and let me down, left me feeling used and unappreciated despite the $1000s spent.....
