The casino should always explain what the problem is if there’s an issue with any of your documents. The same goes for an ID or bank statement, they should clearly tell you what exactly they need to see or what needs to be corrected.
Unfortunately, if something is wrong with a document, you’ll usually need to upload it again.
As for the casino not requesting documents immediately with your first withdrawal, I wouldn’t necessarily see that as a red flag. Casinos don’t always require KYC straight away, although in many cases they’ll ask for the documents at a later stage anyway.
