Be careful while depositing. It says there is no commission but with credit card every deposit has a commission and it is always a different value

I know it feels awkward, yet, especially in case a huge amount was won, the casino asks the game provider involved to check the gameplay. Do not stress, please - it is too early. Be patient though it might take even a couple of weeks or so.
I'm personally dissatisfied with the fact you have not been told that initially by the casino itself!

The casino can decide who to give the FS to and who not, but if it sends emails with promotions, it would be appropriate to send it to the players who are entitled to it. This way I feel it is a mislead.

Yes. The main reason is that I have received TOO MUCH free promotions lately, so the administration has excluded me from them.
For this casino a lot = less than 5 times the FS award. :D

The smallest deposit that can be made at Windetta is EUR 20.
So I deposited and had to make the deposit wager 3x.
However, this trick failed and in the end I lost EUR 20 and gained EUR 5, because the maximum cashout from this promotion is EUR 25. I guess this aspect hurts Windetta Casino very much, that I am not at a loss thanks to playing in this place. On the other hand, in my opinion, it's a pathetic move, but if they continue to exclude me, they can forget about future deposits. (:

So it's up to each casino. If bonuses are an important part of playing in a casino for you and you will be excluded from other bonuses, as you said yourself, you will probably prefer to deposit elsewhere. As for wagering 3x is quite a lot in my opinion.
