Hello, I have been thinking about opening an account at this casino but after I have read these comments I have some doubts. Why does this casino has such high rate as 8.6/10?

I strongly advise against opening accounts there. I have folders full of evidence of them abusing account checks, extending withdrawals, and so on. Now they've blocked my account with PLN 45,000 (USD 12,500) left. And they blocked it supposedly because I was using more than one deposit method, a joke. They didn't seem to mind when I deposited.

Hi,


I can't verify my account and submit a withdrawal since the end of November. I have 1213 EUR in my balance.


On 22.12.2025 I sent them my ID and the selfie with my ID. Previously, for over 3 weeks it was technically impossible to upload my documents via my profile so they allowed me to send them via e-mail.


I have sent them dozens of emails since December 22nd and all the time I receive the same response "Dear player! Your documents have been sent to the relevant department for verification. We will contact you as soon as the process is completed. Support Team."


I am going to write complaint now.

Sure, if it's been going on for quite a while and the only response you've gotten so far to sending them your documents is that they've been forwarded to some department, that's not enough for me either. 

So I would continue down the same path and hope that this problem will be resolved soon so that you can withdraw your money. 

Have any documents been accepted or rejected yet, or not at all?

I am sorry that I haven't responded you. I just haven't noticed your post. I have an active complaint regarding this issue since around 1 month and I am still waiting for a final resolution.

Hello, given the circumstances, I'd say the casino must first fully finish the internal checks and then they should tell you whether your account passed those checks and is eligible for the withdrawal request to be approved.

Once such "investigations" are triggered, there is usually no way around it.

I understand it is probably not very reassuring, but the check is perhaps not that big of an issue, once it is passed.

Well, that's fine, I see, and I hope that's the end of this case. The verification took quite a long time, and I also looked at the casino's response. So I guess you'll withdraw the money you have there, since they last wrote that you can withdraw 800, and you have more than that, and I believe that then your paths will diverge.

Same here have account since last year deposited few times recently won 400 delaying verification asking for things out of blue , none of my selfies or ID pictures approved sending emails with title your account verified and and after opening it only to find out I need re-upload another piece , which politely doing .....Very frustrating and upsetting .

Didn't go through verification, I posted tones of selfies and pictures of cards statements , now they will ask me for blood samples I wouldn't be surprised.....stil waiting ...

Oh, I see...

Do you at least have some idea of how to create an approvable selfie? I mean whether the casino was clear enough in its specifications. It would be wonderful to successfully complete the verification process and move on. 🤞

Hi , yes agree to perform a selfie holding passport in one hand in form of booklet it's challenging, selfie ok , now after speaking on chat it's last piece not ok I have statement showing card and name adres and bank details it's very first transaction , it's cropped but it's not possible send this format in whole piece I'm going send it through email and hopefully that will be end 😊🤑

I guess I can kind of imagine that creative process. I always found it funny, though. For some reason, casinos ask for selfies, but asking someone else to take a picture of you would be more convenient instead. 🙂

In any case, I'm hoping for your success. Hopefully they won't mind the cropped document!

Great news meantime I made 600 out of 400, I'm playing only few games very low stakes , I think casinos think we all addicted to gambling with unstable personalities, I'm trying to have fun rather make myself another problem , but that just me , my advice is to patiently keep trying , as infact my pictures was cropped needed like really focus on pictures , if your documents legit they can't not verify you , good luck folks 🤑🤑

Vox casino: Scammers! Fraud! Theft!

I made an account and the support told me I actually have an account( never verified, never deposits, not 1 spin, didnt even remember I had it)) and that I have to choose with wich one I want to stay on the site. Since I lost the previous e-mail, i remained with the second account. I asked more than once if everything is fine, before and after the Verification.

I make deposits and when I wanted to withraw, after 2 days...no money. I talk to suport and they say '' from a few hours to 3 days''. I wait, I get the money after 3 days.

More deposits, another win. I make 1 withrawal and after 3 days I go to support again. They say '' oh, it can last up to 7 days''. Even though I made 1 withrawal, they split my money, gave me a part of it after 5 days and the other part after 7 days.

After a while I made deposit again...won again and guess what ...''account blocked'' becouse i have a previous account( the one I asked about 100 times if it's all sorted out, i am choosimg to stay with the actual account and they said its all good, EACH TIME!

I talk to support, tell them this was fixed the first day, explain ...NOTHING! Send e-mails...NOTHING!

So yes, I was dumb enough to deposit more times It is the only casino that scammed me right in the face! 100% SCAM! 100% FRAUD! 100% THEFT!

After talking to some casino promoting sites they mentioned that VoxCasino does this pretty often! So, dont be as dumb as I was! I see more went through what I went through...I say don't just write a review! Go ahead and make legal complain becouse they can't just scam people like that!

Did you get any reply from the casino after you informed them that all this was previously fixed and you actually were able to withdraw money before?

Perhaps it was just some mistake from an employee that didn't check the whole situation of yours well, you know.
