What makes this situation confusing is that Vox Casino has repeatedly informed me that Casino Guru is their only ADR option and that no other ADR is available.

However, my complaint on Casino Guru was already closed, and the casino did not provide a public response within the complaint thread despite being invited and receiving deadline extensions.

I therefore started looking into other dispute resolution options, which is why I attempted to contact CADRE.

At this point, I am simply trying to determine what independent external avenue, if any, is available once the Casino Guru process has been exhausted

This casino is licensed by CGA, I tried to look up their process of resolving cases like this.

So don't really know if there is other option to be honest. 🙁

May I ask one additional question?

Based on the information gathered during my complaint—including the approximately 40-day withdrawal delay, the internal review that ultimately found no violations, and the casino's decision not to participate in the public complaint thread—are these factors taken into account when reviewing or adjusting a casino's Safety Index?

I have also noticed a number of complaints from other players describing similar issues with delayed withdrawals and prolonged account reviews, yet the casino's Safety Index appears to have remained unchanged.

From my perspective, this is concerning because a high Safety Index gives players confidence that a casino operates fairly. If repeated complaints about similar withdrawal issues do not influence that assessment, I worry the rating may not fully reflect the experience some players encounter.

I'm not asking you to prejudge my individual case—only whether repeated patterns of similar complaints are considered when reviewing a casino's Safety Index.
