i am facing the same exact issue as you. I’m waiting for KYC since November and stuck in an endless loop with them as they are always rejecting my documents or asking for a new one. How much of your money did you get back? I have 35k in my account (deposited 10k)

I never had an issue with the KYC and I've now received about 25% of my winnings of 11k. It seems after the first withdrawal is complete things become simpler. Hoping for the best for you but don't give up hope

They are supposed to be a company that has 2 casinos . Vegashero and magius . Magius is pretty well known non KYC casinos . I believe the problem is that because they are a casino with no identification and that’s why the withdrawal takes long . Also I am the same fate . I withdrawed the first 500€ in exactly 3 business days but now I am on my 4th day waiting for another withdrawal .

I mean regardless, it makes no sense that they are doing this to me. Their KYC process is complete nonsense, I gave them exactly what they ask for but they find reasons to reject it and not pay me out
