Why was the money from the deposit not used for bets? If I accept this unfair rule, then you correctly deducted €347 from my account the first time. The second time, why did you deduct €179? Listen straight out there the worst casino super boss the beyond scammers simple as that the Guru casino will never never admit that they don’t get involved whatever it is. I’m saying as a player as well I totally agree with you you’re the worst casino. I don’t even know how they’re licensed straight out when I had evidence they just shut it down. That’s all they did. I'm sorry that you feel dissatisfied, but honestly, you claimed winnings that you have actually never won - based on the gaming history:

"the advert that someone won any amount lately doesn't mean that you actually won, even if it displays your name. Yes, it looks as a technical glitch and it shouldn't happen but if your winnings are not listed in your game history, there is nothing we can do to help you with this complaint.

Sedan några dagar tillbaka har detta casino ansett det lämpligt att ta bort den enda möjliga uttagsmetoden: banköverföringen.

Jag hade redan begärt ett uttag på €484 via banköverföring och det hade betalats inom de 24 timmar som anges i deras T&C. Sedan satte jag in igen och fick högre vinster. Från det ögonblicket dödsfallet har jag inte längre kunnat ta ut via banköverföring efter att ha tagit bort det alternativet i uttagsmetoderna.

Chattsupporten säger hela tiden att de hoppas kunna få tillbaka det snart. Under tiden har jag 4 uttag på 500 € i kön som redan borde ha betalats och ytterligare 1 000 € som jag inte kan ta ut.

Har någon annan stött på detta problem?

it's sad to see that something that used to work now doesn't work. I'm wondering...how about trying to suggest them choose a different payment method? If there should be an easier way to get your money back, I'd give it a shot. 🙂

Nu har de återställt uttagsmetoden genom banköverföring men ett annat problem har uppstått. De insättningar som gjorts av casinot på måndag och tisdag har ännu inte kommit in på mitt bankkonto. Medan den som gjordes förra veckan hade kommit samma dag.

Nu har jag 8 pågående uttag på 500 € som har fastnat i flera dagar sedan detta casino betalar med en droppe och när du betalar kommer pengarna inte in på ditt bankkonto.

Jag ansökte om en veckas nedkylning på mitt spelkonto. När de har betalat klart till mig stänger jag kontot på detta casino också och jag stänger för alltid med dessa jäkla kasinon på Curacao.

Well to me it seems, the casino (as many others now) is dealing with technical problems bound to payment providers.

Since it has been 3 and 4 days now + plus the casino shared the technical issue with you, I guess it is just a matter of time one way or another.

I think you have not mentioned the casino is going to suffer some technical-related withdrawal issues.

As you can see in Carsix79's complaint: "My last and only successfully paid withdrawal was on March 16th and it had entered my checking account the same day."

Since only players with issues come here and submit complaints or complain about the casinos, it truly may seem that almost every casino is bad.

The reality differs by experience, I'd say. I agree many casinos are painfully slow when it comes to the KYC, or withdrawals. Everyone can see that.

That's why we always advise players to check the users reviews and complaints alike, our rating does not include those factors.

Care to know why? Because even a good and fair casino falls into issues from time to time, happy players with good experiences simply can't be counted, while players with complaints can. Hence we lower the rating if the complaint ends as unresolved. Not ideal, I know.

Tekniska problem kommer alltid när de ska betala. Jag undrar vad dessa tekniska problem är att göra en banköverföring. Det är tydligen bara casinon som har dem. Vem vet varför man betalar med banköverföring istället, det finns inga sådana problem. Pengar kommer alltid obehindrat till dem.

I'm convinced many casinos are desperate because such things are completely out of their reach still they need to keep all international payments working, so they don't lose customers. Sending money from the casino works differently than sending money to the casino, did you know that?

In general, when some intermediary banks get involved, the transfer can be complicated and delayed.

I hope this casino will find the solution soon!

Mina uttag har markerats som betalda men jag har inte fått pengarna på mitt checkkonto.

Sen det faktum att bankerna har problem, vad har det att göra med pengarna som måste överföras från ett kasino via banköverföring? Har Superboss nu blivit en bank?

Enligt din teori ska alla banköverföringar i världen blockeras. Jag tar emot och utför överföringar var 2-3 dag utan problem.
