I played with my own money, no bonus whatsoever. One withdrawal is late already 2 days and another one 1.

No documents asked, i have made withdrawals in the past with no problem and actually was suprised from the fact that they actually took 3 working days, so far i am not experiencing the same.

Thanks for replying! I am aware of the KYC process and i am happy to go through it, the issue that i have is that even though i have uploaded the documents in the website and sent them via email as well, the website now is informing me that i need to upload documents (again?) but the option to do so in not available.
