Roobet has locked my account and refused to pay out my winnings of $14,500. Their support team has completely ignored me ever since — clearly because they don’t want to pay what they owe.

No casino should steal a player’s legitimate winnings or silence them when they ask for help. I will not stop spreading my story until Roobet takes responsibility and fixes what they’ve done.


Honestly, this is garbage. the fact that a casino refuses withdraw, after providing all kyc + information required, and then tell me to say "we believe u dont own this account" is garbage. i kept asking them, is their any more information you want to prove i own it, they said no... and they wont pay me out my 14.5k
