It’s disgraceful. I deposit using bank transfer then jump through hoops trying to familiarise myself in the crypto world to withdraw and now they want me to deposit more money to take it out. It’s £250 , not much but it’s better in my pocket than theirs 😆 just fed up of being ripped off 🙃

Well then it's still worth it don't you think? And you might get a win!! Just don't gamble what you won before, they are a non gamstop casino so can be a bit dodgy. If I were in your situation I would deposit the 50 wager it see if you win and beat the wagering, withdraw the 250 minimum you will have to pay a bit in fees but your still up. Then close your account tell them why and find a better casino. Good to know you sorted things out, it's so stupid that the casino is asking for a DEPOSIT to register a new deposit method when it's THEM who can't use the payment method you have to use 🙃 if you deposit of course you will have to wager your deposit, if you decide to do so to be able to get your entire balance I would recommend you to play something with low volatility like baccarat and blackjack, that way you don't lose much of your deposit and only pay until you wager your deposit amount

Yes, really, really dumb to request a deposit to register a new payment method when it's them who can't use the payment method the user is required to use, when this happened to me in other casino I simply requested a withdrawal to the suggested payment method and it was completed normally, no new deposit required

Victory should try that first to see if it works or gets blocked, one way or another she's still ahead I think as I don't know the deposit in the first place but she can't let them win.

I just read on Trust pilot where there are clearly fake reviews!! That with Rollino you have to wager a deposit x10 surely this can't be true 😲 I thought my current casino was steep at x3 but x10 🙄

I have known a few casinos that do apply 10x on clean deposits and that is insulting, max I can tolerate is 5x, 3x is acceptable but not ideal, but 10x is criminal, you will lose the deposit and you won't even reach the turnover requirements 😂😂

Guys it’s x10 the £50, by the time I’ve wagered that the whole £250 would not be able to be withdrawn because of outstanding bonus. They’ve put me in a really unfair situation. But that’s what these casinos do. They’ll throw every hurdle in the way of you taking money out. You can deposit until your hearts content, but withdrawals are a different story. I’m not giving up yet. I have an email from two days ago from their finance department stating I don’t need to make a deposit to withdraw to crypto wallet, but I do need to use that method. I've read the whole story that's going on here and I'm glad their finance department told you that you don't need to make a deposit to withdraw from the crypto. I hope you will be able to resolve everything successfully in the end and if not, you can turn to us as you have an open complaint here. 

However, I firmly believe that this will not be necessary and you will eventually get your money. Be sure to keep us updated, I think we will all be waiting for that.

Find out if you deposit £50 and lose it without completing the wagering wether you can then cancel the wagering because you lost your deposit and then withdraw your £250 balance that should be the case. X10 wagering play though on a deposit is ridiculous so when this saga is over find a better casino to play at!!

The thing is, I don’t have anymore money to waste. I’m truly at my wits end with it. Why can’t they just pay without the drama, absolutely awful 😞
