😂😂😂 I emailed all 6 sites and my email got bounced back… i did a lil research on Zendesk and found that they are not connected to the site, they just customer support. So when we message them they relay the message to someone else that relays to another person. I’ve lost all hope. Just black list them already. I messaged last night and they replied with "if it’s not in Monday then message them back"

It seems to me that they always know how to calm the player down a bit, but if it's the 10th time they've written something like that to you, I probably wouldn't take it too seriously anymore until I've seen the money in my account. I understand that if there was a problem with the payment provider and they have to enter the withdrawals manually, it's not the easiest thing to do, but for it to take a month, I think that's too much. So you still haven't received the money ?
Hi there 👋 all, I've got a complaint against RocknReels6 too, myne is similar in that I never had one problem with them and actually rated them my favourite casino, but then I won $500 off them on the 20th of April and still haven't received any funds, I have screenshots and it says success but no money, I've asked the bank if they had flagged or cancelled any payments, but nothing. Just want to know what my options are into trying to get this winning into my bank account?

Have you also received any replies that the casino has sent you money or that you will have it in 2 days or by the end of the week or something like that ? Did they explain to you what is behind the whole delay ?

There is no way in hell I am clicking withdraw account.... that's probably their sneaky way of not paying us etc. I've been told the bank account issue is with the payment team and we will receive an email when it's resolved 🙄
