They are also thepokies.net and royal reels and they blocked my account after a complain was made on the pokies.net site about missing withdrawals and the no license as may this year it was cancelled they are the worst site so far I’m owed around 5k not to mention another issue and I’m now complaining to Curacao egaming

However, I have a feeling you're talking about a different casino. Do you also have something to say about this or did I just misunderstand ?

Yes I understand that but there are other threads for other casinos so I try to avoid that some other casino will be talked about in a thread that is not intended for it. It can confuse other players and me too. 🙂

Of course, if you have the same problem in each of them, you can also write here because it also concerns the casino the thread is about. But if you write about three different casinos, even if they are from the same owner, then it won't all belong here. I say this because I know that some players mix two casinos and write about both of them in just one thread, and the situations are not exactly the same, so then I try to avoid misunderstandings. 😉

There must have been some misunderstanding. Let me help you with that:

The severity of the issue defines the amount of black points the casino gets; if the disputed amount is low, also the amount of black points is lower, and as a result, the Safety Index won't change. Sadly, this is the case. The desputed amount of 60€ as stated in the complaint is not enough to put the casino down in terms of Safety value.

"The number of black points represents how serious we consider a certain complaint to be. The black points are an outcome of a complex formula which takes into account several variables like the total disputed amount, the likelihood that player/casino was right and how good is the related licensing authority."

tack för svaret men jag kommer aldrig mer att be om hjälp! För mig 60 euro är en bra slant men om ni tror något annat då är det vår snack avslutat helt!

No one says that 60 euros is not a good penny, as you said. Just please understand that our system works accordingly to the amount stated in the complaint and gives black points for each unresolved complaint to the casino. Then the safety index is lowered every time this happens.

Therefore, if your complaint was unresolved and the amount was 60 euros, it is not possible that the safety index will fall to the bottom.

Do you understand that better now, perhaps? I hope you do.

Please also know that for us every complaint is important; no matter the amount of the money, we always try to get it solved the same.

P.S Jag skulle vara nöjd att ni markerade ett solklart avstånd från detta casino och ni skulle inte ta drastiska metoder om att sänka från 6,0 till 0, men lite poäng skulle ni ta i alla fall!

Ingen som läser nu när ni inte gör något och nu avslutar jag allt "samarbete" som jag haft hittills med CasinoGuru och i fortsättningen kommer jag att bli - "osynligt" !

It's a pity if you see it and want to do it that way. I think Radka and Romi have explained it to you quite well and I would just repeat myself. It's a system that has been in place for a long time and until a better one is invented, we'll do it the way we have it set up. Not everyone will always like it, but that is the way it is.😕

Ni skriver regler, ni bestämmer, vi medlemmar bedömer om det är rätt eller ej!

Tyvärr, jag tycker att ni har inte gjort något, tvärtom, fakta är så här:

Jag satt in 20 Euro, fick 200% bonus, med 60 euro kunde jag inte spela en enda spel och efter ca 1,5 månad casino tog alla pengar !

I Sverige skulle man direkt polisanmäla ett sånt bedrägeri, ägarna får höga beter och staten betalar tillbaka pengar!

Vad gjorde ni ? Beskriv gärna, men jag är rädd att svaret blir - blankt! INGENTING !

Jag skulle skämmas att skriva under mitt namn och säga det som ni säger, med enkla ord:

Casino har rätt att sno mindre summa pengar utan påföljder!

Okay, but I don't think we did nothing. The casino got black points which affect its rating, but the point was that since the amount is not so high, the points were not much either. But I don't mean to say that €60 is not enough. It is evaluated by a system and one such bet cannot sink the whole casino to zero or simply to a small safety index. If you had a car wash, for example, and two hundred people came and one had a problem because the machine gave them 50 cents less, should the whole business sink too? It could have been a mistake, yes, maybe you wouldn't go there again, but that's not the reason. 

We also tried to contact the casino, but when nobody answers you, then it's hard to solve something. We are a mediator trying to help the players, not the police. 

No casino has the right to take a player's money on the basis of nothing, but sometimes you know that there are casinos that don't respect the rules very much. It happened in this case, and since you say that in your country there would be a penalty and your money would be refunded, then I don't see any reason to play in other casinos.

So I guess that's about it.
