Jag öppnade ett konto hos Riobet och satte in och gjorde några uttag, några var snabba andra tog längre tid, nu äntligen väntar de på att betala och hävdar att det finns ett problem i finanssektorn, det har gått mer än 3 dagar och det lönar sig inte ! Nu kan jag inte ens öppna en chatt för att prata med kundtjänst, jag känner att jag har blivit skadad. Tyvärr tror jag att jag har förlorat alla mina pengar.

Sometimes you just have to hang in there, some times they may use similar things as delay tactics, but it may really be true in some cases, and if they update the system, they don't have much to do about it. You have to wait until it's over and inform yourself and then proceed on that basis. Especially if the player claimed to have had successful withdrawals, I wouldn't be so skeptical about the whole thing, because that would give me reassurance. 

In the end, you got the money too, so it worked out well. 🙂

Riobets kundservice är hemsk. Jag har samma problem med mina uttag. Där kunden inte har något att göra med dessa fel eller kommunikation med leverantören. Det finns flera utmärkta leverantörer som används av vissa kasinon som betalar ut pengar direkt. Så det är ingen större ursäkt som kasinot ger. De skruvar runt, avbryter uttag, håller inte sina egna deadlines och tar inget som helst ansvar. Ale. Om du vill göra en insättning måste du sätta in direkt på casinokontot om du använder Pix. Och att dra tillbaka med pox tar det 5 dagar Oi mer? Det är absurt, de följer inte landets regler.
