I have no problem to wait this 3 days as they say but this mindgames, these delays and no proper Information. It just isnt fair. Well I will wait and keep you updated and really hope to avoid a complainment case.

That is annoying indeed.
To be honest with you, I have no problem accepting a reasonable delay, but what is totally unacceptable is the lack of a decent explanation. What is the most important part of playing in decent casinos? The payout feature, of course. I'm pretty convinced casino workers know that too, so what is the point of leaving happy winners to the avoidable assumptions? It's just a really bad habit, if you ask me.
